bossdog, if the employees have to compete in the global marketplace within the industry they are employed in, why shouldn't the CEO and management 'team' ?
Go look up how much SIA and Cathay Pacific pay their CEO's. Similar sized operations, both wildly profitable and both paying substantial dividends.
Or is there another caveat to your theory of globlism ?
