How do you figure that? Union heavies are actually secret Qantas management sleepers?
This is a victory to private enterprise. The Union(s) act as if they own Qantas ... they don't, the shareholders do and if the Unions want to run Qantas then I suggest they find someone with more experience than actually just working for a Union (eg Howes) and put forward a CV and let the shareholders elect another Board/CEO.
