I don't see it as the job of government to sort out industrial disputes. In this case I'd think the company is trying to cut costs by employing more Asians and less Australians. The Asians of course work for much less because the cost of living in most parts of Asia is much lower than in Australia. Australians need high wages to pay the high costs of everything here. There is no solution to this conundrum. Dave R.
