High quality CEOs do not lead their companies into the sort of situation Qantas now finds itself, let alone preside over the ever-increasing number of near tragedies that now define Qantas' performance as an airline.
If Qantas goes the way of TAA & Ansett its highly skilled workforce will be gobbled up by whoever moves into that space.
