Well said Free will. Too often it's made out that worker's are miltant money grabbers. Any business expects growth plus inflation, so do workers. If an employer gave you CPI each year in effect your wage is status quo. 5% is fair. I see my rates and other charges go up by more than CPI, so fair is fair to all. At let's face it, we are talking 5% of a piddly wage, not 5% like Joyce's wage.
