Which part of running the Qantas business don't you understand?
Fares are in decline due to globalisaton.
Wages are on the rise because of union pressure.
Productivity gains to offset wage increases are off the table because the unions wont/cant consider job reductions that lead to efficiencies.
What would YOU do in all three of these areas?
