mozzie......any paper shredding on strata's behalf would be "commercial suicide" and would lead to charges being laid and certainly would not help their defence......

I am sure gtm have all the correct documents in their possesion......

strata has not provided discovery to date obviously due to gtm current problems.....

strata would be hoping gtm fold and just go away.....

but gtm are very strong on this......they certainly believe they have a strong case......

gtm have the upper hand here!

strata have another court case going on also....so it would be in strata's best interest to come to some sort of agreement or risk the chance of getting nothing and getting lumbered with the costs.....

for if gtm win.......it is at no cost to them as part of the agreement states!
