Qantas is going the way of JAL, Pan Am and other bloated, inefficient national airlines. Joyce is irritating everyone but he is completely right - its either fix it now or suffer the death of a thousand cuts along the way to Qantas going bankrupt.
I rarely fly Qantas and am always disappointed when I do.
