Agree, but it wont last forever. All those fluoro-jacket types, fly-in, fly-out, getting $100,000+ to wave a lollypop "Stop-Go" sign are about to get a shock in the not too distant future. The big boys are running the ruler over their construction costs, I know, and if those costs cant be brought to heel, construction/development of projects will cease. Seeing that the majority of jobs are in the construction of projects, figure what that will do to the economy...and house prices. Many couples both work fifo, and thus manage huge mortgages....for now. Will they find a chair when the music suddenly stops?
Nothing lasts forever.
