The EBAs have been going for over ten years.
There have been huge efficiency gains in all parts of Qantas.
But it gets to the stage where you are compromising safety for so called efficincy.
Now that they have screwed everything out if the workers that they possible can, the management now want to go to 3rd world wages, and work practices, so they can satisfy management KPIs, to get there obscene bonuses!
I learnt a new catch phrase yesterday s eleven !
Thats $ before safety !
Thats the mentality here in Asia, andvthats what QF management want to embrace !
