I dont have QAN shares..One of several industry I never invest in due to its weak business model.....

but I fear the worse, QAN could goes belly up and no one will win in this crazy dispute ...thousand will be out of a job and if you have debt you also put your family livelihood at risk ..

and Virgin and other airlines do not employ union work force..these guys could do themselves out of a job for life.

This is a battle the union can not win if Joyce is determined to play hard ball. He has all the trump card...
(he can sack you, lock you out, he has major institution share holder backing, he can makes people life difficult, less people travel QAN, less profit, less money to employee...more staff will be sacked...what do union has? just loud voice!!!)

Union is negotiate from the position of weakness and any negotiator will tell you, you can't win if you are in this position...what QAN offer is as best as you can get...
