The key thing for me sunman,is they (management) drew a line in the sand with the 30/11//11,either the deal goes through or it doesnt.
Having kneecapped themselves by not actively looking for a superior counter offer after signing the non-binding agreement with mega,its all or nothing with this deal IMHO.

I'm still not convinced the deal wont happen,as youv'e already highlighted,Uley is about to reopen,would management allow this without some form of show and tell from mega?,personally I dont think so.

To have to sell a new deal would make them look extremely inept IMHO.

While a pragmatic appraoch is needed,I think wer'e passed the stage of offer and counter offer ,at least with mega.
In view of the vacum of information,I cast no aspirtions on SHrs suggesting it wont get up,but the reality is,we dont know all the ins and outs of the total picture.

Frankly I'll be extremely dissapointed should it not go through tommorrow,particularly as we dont know any details of the next best offer that management turned down.
Yes thev'e talked the talk management,theyv'e just got to walk it now.
