I probably shouldn't have responded to your post in the first place, and I think replying in too much depth will probably drag the thread too far off topic. Suffice to say, I agree with you to a certain extent about government intervention since the GFC, but I also disagree with you over some other things.
This is fine by me. I don't need to change your opinion or force you to try agree with me, or accept my viewpoint as the only valid one.
Maybe a discussion for another thread at another time, I think.
