I introduced Pedrosa's pieces to this forum ages ago as a balanced opinion on mining and political commentary, because I agree with her. To be frank - I know her. I brought in her last opinion piece in Indophiles favour but picked up her err along the way. Why you want to make some silly nonsense out of my correction - I don't know.

The difference between Pedrosa's commentary and mine here, even though we agree, is that she is making commentary to influence progress and changes in the system (which is good, she has a public voice) where is I comment here about the dysfunctionality as the status-quo - because nothing I write here will improve or degrade the country. There are forums for me to influence opinion in the Philippines - but Hotcopper isn't one of them.

Aquino is a flake - even Pedrosa will agree with me on that.
