Distributions: semi-annual
Coupon: 4.69 (BBSW 6month) + 2.5% + 3.5% (step up) = $10.69 or 13.897 (including 30% tax credit) grossed up
entry price: $74
yield = (100 / 74) * 13.897 = 18.78%
Debt deal means distributions have a high degree of certainity for the next 3 years at least
