Yes it's a matter of understanding the figures.
They had revenue of $290mil for Sept qtr(or $1160mil/pa)- their margin is around 55% or $650mil - they pay out around $425mil to shareholders.
They owe $4bil but have 30yr concessions on their tollroads so basically if they reduce that by $150mil/pa then they're OK.
Good share IMO.
