Many co's do this to suck in punters - promises of mergers, IPO's blah blah and nothing happens
I am writing to the PM to demand that the all corporations act by the codes set down before them and stop hiding behind their lawyers. Also requesting that swaps, derivatives, shorts, bots all be banned as they are nothing but ponzi schemes and illegal.
