Conti Coal produce THERMAL/STEAM COAL, used for power generation, not coking coal, used to produce iron/steel.
Have a read of what most commodity analysts are saying about thermal coal prospects, and the outlook is very different than that of iron ore & coking coal. I just posted an article recently showing mass Chinese closure of small, unsafe thermal coal mines leading to ~100mtpa drop in Chinese production, coupled with recent domestic equivalent RB/API4 grade coal prices of ~$143pt, ahead of the winter restocking season. Add that to an increase in German, Spanish, Turkish, Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese, Sri Lankan, Vietnamese and Indian ( ... etc) demand for imported thermal coal, and it is hard to see sub $100 prices being hit any time soon.
