Lab testing is still ongoing to determine the exact quality of the coal at Rockwood, however EOC has repeatedly stated in numerous announcements that they believe it will find a place in the PCI coal market.

Valinestor, I checked out the company I believe you're referring to when you said 'it stood out'.

Yes, an impressive resource base, however their latest presentation states that production is scheduled to commence in 2017 and 2018 for their two main projects. That's a long time in the future without scheduled production. Most likely a large factor as to why the company is 'cheap' based on it's resource.
