    Hi penny, yeah I agree. If they cannot use the buy back then I would think they might use the services of a marketmaker instead. its pretty critical that the share price can stay at level above $3 during the finalisations. not sure what price becomes unviable for CDU, $2-$2.50 you would think they will go back on the pitching trail.
