    You should start teaching him how to save money (open a saving account or term deposit)and in 10 years time, he will have enoough deposit to buy his first home (hopefully).Once he has some equity later, he can use that to borrow money to invest (or gamble) in shares....Investing in Property market first is a better option IMO..
