JP Morgan have a table using a range of WACC from 10 - 15% and a range of basket prices to calculate a NPV ($/share).
At $80kg it ranges from $6.84 @ 10% WACC to $4.66 @ 15% WACC.
At $100kg $9.07 @ 10% to $6.21 @ 15%.
