on a serious note Yowie posted "indicative timetable" for permits blah blah.........you have to be joking right, thats straight from the GJ GC book on spin doctoring. "Indicative" automatically puts a 6month + correction factor ...hahahaha
My firm belief is africa is delaying until serious bid from a credible miner comes forth.....the chines are too funny, they should stick to fast rail and bridges and leave the mining to the big boys. Biya must be saying rio, xtrata please save us from these nincompoops.
