Anyone else read this the way I do?
The contract for the purchase of the land is conditional on:
1. environmental studies
and
2. grant of govt. financial support
NO CONDITION RELATED TO SALES CONTRACTS!!.
This must surely mean that they are in the bag and sufficient to support a 200 - 250k ton per annum facility.
Am I reading too much?
