You can still sell the shares, but not via an organised market like ASX as it is no longer quoted. You will need to find the buyers yourself or through your own network. Then lodge the share transfer form with the share registry.

You cannot take a capital loss on the shares until the administrator makes a declaration that the shares are worthless.
