What you are talking about here has no bearing on POH .None whatsoever. You are discussing chalk and cheese.

 
Wiki and Mayo are talking about Alpha Tocopherols, whereas TPM is Tocopherol Phosphate. Its the same as saying Julia Gillard and Tony Abbott are both politicians ergo they will both have the same economic effect on the country.
 
The next problem with his hypothesis is that the trials you are talking about are at around 100 times recommended daily intake (RDI) via a very strong supplement (400iu), and was of a particular problem to people who smoked and drank alcohol. Now whilst that is 100 times daily RDI, it would be around 400 times RDI of what Phosphagenics is planning to use and are using. Further the tocopherol they trialled is oil based and TPM is water soluble. ie the trial version can be stored by the body whilst the water soluble TPM will be urinated out.
