KC , any water soluable vitamin can have side effects as illustrated by vitamin C & vitamin A in its water soluable form . What Esra wont argue (ask her )is the possible interaction of water soluable vitamins including TPM on other chemicals in the body & the effect of 'those' chemicals on the body . I havn't found one scientist (& i'v got access) I'v spoken to in recent days who wouldn't see trials on long term effects prudent . I'l be surprised if she disagrees with this concensus . Ask Esra & come back to me privately if you wish . Now can we discuss something else ? please
