"The creditors have voted the company enter a Deed of Company Arrangement with the shell of the company being purchased by Virtus Capital and to be relisted in the future. Shareholders will be presented with the relisting proposal shortly for their consideration. If shareholders accept the proposal, shares in the shell will be consolidated into the new listing and once this has been relisted on the ASX you will be free to trade these shares again.

We are continuing to investigate the handling of the company and will be notifying the Australian Securities and Investments Commission of our findings."
