Who is to say the shares are sold by people believing the share price will fall. Maybe it is from people like me that have sold a parcel that I purchased around 7 cents. Unfortunately I need the money due to a new house purchase. I still hold a large parcel of avb and will continue to hold until the jorc is release late first quarter and maybe longer depending on my personal financial position at the time.
