    Boise,

Where does it say in the Qly that the farmin deal has lapsed? I couldn't find that written or implied anywhere, not even in dots! It says the DD time has lapsed...there was no MoU or contract to be terminated on expiry.

The front page clearly states at dot point 3..." "Negotiations are ongoing".

On pg 5 under Farmin, it states that the 60 day DD period expired, and so too has the 30 day extension granted on 5 Sept.
The bottom line to that is that the potential farmin partners' "exclusivity period" has now expired.

This means that KIK is now free to start talking/negotiating with any other interested farmin party, without jeopardising any ongoing negotiation with the current preferred farmin partner...may even be a stimulus for the current preferred potential partner to speed up their process.

You say the deal "was always too good to be true", but the Qly clearly states that the original terms are still valid...nowhere does it say they hve been changed.

I don't mind you stating facts, but don't make it up as you go along...eg, "If they get a farm out KIK will hold circa ~10% and might not be fully carried through drilling."

It is the easiest thing in the world to be a critic, the world is full of them...a little harder to be a good critic.

Would you acknowledge that this co. would be in a far different position if Tindalo had behaved and provided them with a steady income stream?

Would they be in a different position if Gindara had've been a workable discovery ie, capable of being brought to production?

I suspect the co.'s position would be completely different. What amazes me about your ramblings is that you continually blame the current co. position on mgmt.
The scenario that has unfolded with KIK is not the first or last time this sort of "luck" will befall a jnr explorer.

Mgmt are doing their best to keep the co. "alive" so it can hopefully bring some joy to s/h's by exploiting the assets it has, particularly SC54A.

As you've been so critical of mgmt and laid the blame for the co.'s position squarely at their feet, and having regard to my previous comment about being a critic, I'd be very interested to hear how you would've steered the co. if you'd been CEO, and what steps you would've taken to avoid having the co. end up in this position...you even have the advantage of hindsight here to concoct your scenario.

I won't hold my breath waiting for this amazing scenario, but an overview of how you would've handled it would be much appreciated, and by all on these threads I'm sure.
