Are you seriously going to compare SFR to AVB. Ok then.
Have a look at the chart. SFR still dropped approx 30% with the the recent eurozone problem. Or maybe your trying to compare a $7.50 stock to an 11 cent stock (which your should be aware relates to SFR being several years ahead of AVB).

The point is, eurozone troubles affect the comodity market generally, as a whole. To say it doesn't suggests blind / or willful ignorance.
