it's not over yet

Just heard a rumor that the vacant board positions are about to be filled by some 'seat warmers' effectively filling the board to it's maximum of 10. This effectively removes the possibility of any further appointments and the need for the meeting on the 4th. Ironically, it also means that since our proposed directors will not get appointed, no other directors will have to quit as per the 'threat' made earlier by the board. No need to rejoice just yet
