The current management will do everything in their power to see that there is not another bid...they have shown this recently...things will slow down to a halt on any drill programs because they dont want to expand the resource and have another bidder get interested...

my bet is that the current Management team will all be paid a huge bonus from Hanlong once this bid is successful.....thats why they are putting the screws on this deal...
