Roy, so before your advice was SBL was going to >3c and now two weeks later - no material changes - now you're advising <1c ??
The SBL sp will go toward the offer because soon people will work out SBL shares can be swapped for Lion shares at 34/1 - so it's nutty to sell SBL for a lot less than their swap value.
