Last time I looked auspost fits the bill as a large logistics supplier who also deals in documents. Also if you look at the aust post announcements you will see that tz took 8 weeks supply the lockers. That lines up with the July 12 announcement.
If that announcement is the basis for thinking Toll is in the mix, I think punters will be dissapointed.
