I feel like posting tonight and help my fellow stock junkies.. ok here is the Logic why I think Rebel is a dog vs Ray Outdoor vs BCF

BCF and Ray are in the outdoor business and mostly they sell cheap generic stuff they can import and manufacture from oversea cheaply and hence they get very good margin

BCF is a consolidator of mum and dad outdoor shop
very much like what Bunnings did to Hardware stores

so you have a winning formular here, capture all the mum and dad market and get great margin...

Rebel on the other hands sell stuff like Nike and Adidas
and Nike and Adidas control pricing structure, you pay what Adidas and Nike Dictate and you put your margin on top

much like retailer sell Apples products and there isn't much margin on these brand name unless you are vertical integrated business like Oroton...

Most retailer dont make much money selling Apple products
they just draw in the traffic...and I can say the same for Rebel and its selling brand name ...well they make money but
the margin would be shit ...

Second Sport stuff are a saturated market, everyone sell them I haven't bought much stuff from Rebel...In fact I haven't bought anything from Rebel for a year or two...I can get the same stuff every where....

Nike, Adidas sport clothes I can get them from any where...
most cities has DFO and I shop at DFO for that stuff.
