    Tatts does not sell in QLD, NSW, WA, SA or the USA.
    They also do not sell some products that TMS sells via NSW lotteries.
    Plus online is not their main focus so are not aggressively promoting it.

    I think the main point of interest for investors will be there current low PE ratio (8 based on EBITDA and 10 based on NPAT).
