Because...
"The NED Plan is not intended to and does not constitute any form of incentive or additional payment to Non-Executive
Directors." ----- None of the Non-Executive Directions have shown they even deserve the money they are on are the moment.
Why should these guys get a second chance at the money. They stuffed up,give the money to charity-great. Your money is gone. End of story. Next time do the right thing.
