You are both right that not much has been done in Puntland over the years, but Range have not exactly sat on their hands & made no progress either.(i.e. Texas, Georgia, T&T). Got a feeling this year the drill is actually happening. After all, why have Africa oil contracted Horn petroleum to do the job?

You are either in or out when it does happen, & after being in this one for the Puntland gusher for 4+ years, Long termers would be kicking themselves if they got out just b4 the announcement.
