lemony, he WAS gay. Everyone knew that from the moment he appeared on TV. Lots of articles have been written about him and his gay partners. That was no secret and everyone still regarded him highly for his sense of humour -or whatever. I didn't watch him that much but I knew what others saw in him.
That fact never bothered anyone; and why should it?
