    People still don't get it.

Everyone likes to blame the "lazy" Greeks for their failure to pay their debts. Their lifestyles are to blame.

Well their lifestyles have been like that for decades. Nothing new. What everyone should be asking is why did the banks give them so much money?

I do not blame the Greeks. Everyone should try and avoid paying tax if possible because the pollies do not use our money properly to begin with.

The debt deal would still leave them with a debt to GDP of 120% in 2020!!!

So why even go along with the deal? Just to save some banks and some shareholders? Doesn't make sense. The Greek PM has done the right thing.

Democracy will decide not the financial markets nor some bankers who want their stupid mistakes covered up so that they don't lose any money.

If I make a mistake I lose money. If bankers make mistakes they too should lose money. Yes people will hurt but whats the alternative?

Keep bailing countries out to the point where you cannot afford to buy food?

People need a reality check and need to stop blaming the Greek people.

Blame the banks. After all GFC was caused by the banks lending out too much money to people that could not afford to pay it back. Same thing is happening here only this time it involves nations.

Euro is finished IMO. Flawed to begin with. Now Italy is in trouble and soon all of Europe.

Then the US will be then next victim of the massive debt explosion that has occured over the past decades.

The fact is that if they let nations and corporations go bankrupt then the real winner out of all this over the long term would be the Stock Market because unbelievable opportunities will arise that were once unthinkable.
