    I thought they said that after amalgamation, CER would effectively drop its NTA to 41 c

    What will the CRA shares intitially list at, if its NTA, and therefore its value is 2.40, shouldn't it list somewhere close to thst ? It would be a joke if it comes on at 1.60 !

    I think they have made their mind up this is going through.
