CUB, SBL is mostly retail shareholders. Lion Gold and Infiniti have 10.42% between them. HSBC has 4.15%. Matt and Belinda Wood have 2.1%. 79.65% is in the hands of retail holders (or non-major holders).

Only 25% have to vote "no" against the remuneration poroposals, as high has said. There will be a load of voters who don't want to mess about on the SGX and are loooking at the SBL SP on the ASX with alarm, and feeling a bit trapped. Maybe a "no" vote will move these Directors into getting a better deal for their bosses (the shareholders).
