Somewhere, I heard papers had been prepared. Combine that with the word that AD is in India and there's got to be a possibility of an early resolution. Also NMDC are behind where they said they would be. A lot of the commentary sounded like it was getting close. Not withstandint he opinion of the LCY'ers who think they are in on it.
I'm not holding my breath, but I think well before the end of the month.
Lets put it this way, it'll be before the Uni students ge their results and everyone goes silly.
