Suggest you read company statements if you have any interest in MMX.

No they have no foundation partners/customers.
No they will not have any with the present OPR.
No they cannot fund any part of OPR.

Read between the line.
Government is prepared for OPR to be finished, so that the project is encompassed by one entity, this is particularly important with Government aprrvals.
MMX will be paid out for OPR, if it is taken up by others then that group can immediatly get working on the next phase.

I believe anyone holding MMX on the basis of them having an interest in OPR is delusional.

The game for MMX now is whether OPR go ahead or not, if it does then they will mine JHEP, if not they may mine the small pods of DSO for a few years.
