Richard is obviously very keen to get back onboard Nexus, his blog has stated that the company has really turned the corner since he became invollved 18+ months ago.
This is a rhetorical question,
Why would Richard be chomping at the bit to re-join a company he left in September? has he realised that in his haste perhaps both the board members involved and Richard were letting their egos make the decisions and not the best outcome for shareholders!
Might I also add Richard is looking to get back on board because Crux/Euchna are on the cusp of becoming a reality, Because this company and all of Richards hard work is about to pay great dividends.
Richard is not interested in rejoining the company to see it all fall in a heap! Richard doesnt want to miss the boat and all the spoils of glory...
