I think that Barnett is saying the same thing, but there will be no announements until it is a done deal. This kind of deal dosent get done overnight. I have no idea why people think that you can get companies to put billions of dollars into a project without some thorough due dilegence being done. I dont expect to hear anything until the 6 months extension for OPR has finished.
