Your comments are re-assuring. While you're in clarification mode, there's one thing in the Cottee blog that I didn't quite understand...
"I want to make clear that if the Chairman and Mr Arnett are given a fresh mandate by being re-elected to the Board at the AGM on 17 November and the Executive Directors and Employee options plan is approved by shareholders, there would be little point in proceeding with the expense of an EGM"
So, there won't be an EGM before the AGM and if Fowler and Arnett are re-elected at the AGM, there won't be an EGM after the AGM either....so why are we being invited to send in EGM notices again? Am I missing something? Or is it just a way of sending a message to the incumbents?
