To me it makes little sense to call a TH for a CR when a "potential" target is trading freely.
Also - if there were "discussions" over the w/end : that would be material information that would need to be disclosed ?
Not at all sure this is about DRM anymore - just my first thought
( a bit like that Friday when both RMS and FML traded like crazy with quite a few traders thinking there was a deal in the offing just to see RMS say: we know nothing and FML announcing the CRE TO)
