Can someone tell me, when in history, debts have ever been paid back!
History tells me this has never been the case. And all the debt in the world will never be paid back.
US of A went away from gold standard because they couldn't pay there debts in gold, so they create paper money. Now they buy their own bonds...so they own the debt to themselves....easy to make disappear isn't it...voolah! If I don't own anyone any money what difference does it make!..just print more!
China is no more richer than anyone else, they just print money to!....they worked it out a long time before anyone else did. They are communist, they have built their empire on fresh air.
And politicians and the like will continue to use creative accounting to come up with strategies that appear to make everything ok. But money is nothing more than a measure, a bargaining tool, in reality it has no value.
In the meantime the sharemarkets will oscillate up and down listening to this trife about this and that country's debt.
There are more people on earth than ever and they will eat, shit and consume and produce..
To me its all just a game...as funny sideshow, and i am sure if i was a 1000 years old i would be laughing harder than I am now!
...and for all those bears....the market dishes out the least expected outcome, because that's how money is made....give the pigs a dummy, make them feel like the world is going to end, take their stocks cheap, then run the market up and then take their money when the world will power on forever, thus bringing the PIGS down to earth and a new cycle begins!....This is how the markets work and have done forever...
If the world is going broke, how come so many companies are beating their forecasts, just look at the dow, our banks. ....
Debt can go on forever and the money supply can go on forever, it's just a matter of how it can be manipulated to make everything work!...we use accounting practices that are nothign more than a set of rules, that have changed over the years, nothing is set in stone.
One day this will change and the financial system will change but my chrystal ball says we still have 10 to 15 years to run and when one day we see a world where money has no value, the world will be even sweeter!
